What it costs, when money moves, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Stated plainly so you can compare us with how you trade today. The contract for each trade governs; this page summarises it, and every figure that applies to you is fixed on your offer.
One fee, on one side, on one line.
Our fee is charged to the buyer as a separate line on the pro-forma. It is not buried in the price per kilo or deducted from the supplier's price per tonne.
Suppliers
No fee
No joining, listing or verification fee. The net price per tonne on your quote is what you're paid.
Buyers
One line
A platform fee set as a percentage of CIF invoice value, agreed per container and shown as its own line on the pro-forma. Covers verification of both sides, matching, evidence, document control and claims handling.
Optional, at cost
Pass-through
Independent pre-shipment survey, extra moisture testing, or additional site visits requested by either party. Invoiced at cost, quoted in advance.

A claim is a comparison: what was loaded, what was agreed, what arrived.
Because the spec and the loading evidence are agreed before the box sails, most disputes are short. When they aren't, this is the path.
Raise within the window
The buyer notifies within the claim window from unstuffing , citing specific bales with photographs and video, before those bales are sorted.
Evidence review
We compare the claim with the loading evidence and the spec, and give a written view to both parties .
Independent survey
If either side disagrees, an independent surveyor inspects. The losing side bears the survey cost.
Settlement or arbitration
Upheld claims are settled per kilo on the affected bales. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration under the contract .
