Website and portal terms
The terms for using this website and the Ragtrail Portal. Each trade is governed by its own contract.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone using ragtrail.oneofakind.com and the Ragtrail Portal, operated under the Ragtrail brand of OOAK Group by The Vintage Palace Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16008259. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Accounts
You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register, keep your sign-in details secure, and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts under our KYB standard, including for mismatched documents, duty irregularities or refusal of a site visit.
3. Verification
Verification is our assessment for our own platform. It is not a guarantee of a counterparty's future conduct, and it does not replace your own judgement.
4. Offers and trades
Offers in the portal are firm until their expiry date. Accepting an offer creates a trade governed by the trade contract, including price, Incoterm, payment terms, claim window and dispute process, as summarised on our Pricing & Terms page. Governing law: England and Wales.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of documents and photographs you upload. You give us permission to store them, show them to the counterparty to the relevant trade, and use them to verify, run and resolve trades. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
6. Market data
Price data in the portal is anonymised and indicative. It is not an offer and not advice.
7. Tokenization and finance
Information about tokenization describes planned capabilities. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, investments, deposits or cryptoassets, or financial advice.
8. Liability
We work to keep the site and portal available and accurate but can't promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
