For Sorters · PakistanBuyer terms summary

Verified supply, bought to your specification.

For EPZ units and domestic duty-paying importers in Karachi and beyond. Tell us the grade, volume and price band you buy at. We match it to verified suppliers in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia, and show you the loading evidence before you pay the balance.

§ 01Two buyer paths

Freezone or domestic: declared at onboarding, fixed on every contract.

Both routes are legitimate and we work with both. What we won't do is let a container change route after it lands. Your buyer type is on your KYB file and on the trade record, and the documents are consigned to match.

Freezone · EPZ

EPZ units

Import under bond into the Export Processing Zone, sort, and re-export graded output. Domestic sales, where permitted, only within the zone's allowed share and with duty paid.

Licence
EPZA enterprise licence and unit allotment
Duty position
Duty suspended under bond on import. Payable on any permitted domestic clearance.
Consignee
The EPZ unit, consigned under zone procedures.
We verify
Licence status, allotment address, re-export record and zone returns, site visit.

Domestic · duty paid

Domestic importers

Import into the domestic tariff area, paying customs duty and taxes at clearance, and sell graded output into local markets.

Registration
NTN, sales-tax registration and Active Taxpayer List status
Duty position
Duties and taxes on PCT 6309 paid at import, against the current valuation ruling
Consignee
The importing company, cleared through Pakistan Single Window.
We verify
SECP and FBR status, sample goods declarations showing duty paid, site visit.

The policy context for EPZ domestic sales, the "80/20" arrangement and proposed changes to it, is set out on our Compliance & Impact page.

§ 02Spec-based sourcing

You write the spec once. Every offer is measured against it.

A buying spec is a standing instruction, not a one-off enquiry. We hold it on your file and match supply to it as it comes up.

§ 03Inspection evidence

You see what was loaded before you pay the balance.

The supplier doesn't choose which bale gets opened. We do, or an independent inspector does if you'd rather pay for one. The evidence is time-stamped and tied to the container and seal number.

  1. Opened sample bales

Randomly selected, opened on video, contents shown against the spec.

  2. Weighbridge ticket

Gross and tare from a certified weighbridge, reconciled to the packing list.

  3. Bale count and grade

Counted at loading, matched to the packing list line by line.

  4. Moisture

Spot readings taken at loading where the spec sets a limit .

  5. Seal

Seal number photographed on the locked door and recorded on the bill of lading.

  6. Independent survey

Optional pre-shipment inspection by a surveyor of your choice, at cost.

§ 04Documentation

Consigned to you. Not to an agent, not to order.

Your company is the consignee on the bill of lading and the importer on the goods declaration, and payment comes from your verified account. Your clearing agent works for you. They don't appear in our chain of title.
